- Prep: We recommend arriving with clean, dry hair. If you need a blowout first, we can add that to your appointment. Prepped hair holds better and gives us more to work with.
- Build: We work in sections, building structure from the base up. Every pin is placed with purpose. Every piece is secured before we move to the next.
- Finish: We use professional-hold products that keep your style locked without stiffness. Your hair should still feel like hair, just better.
- Test: Before you leave the chair, we check from every angle. If anything needs adjustment, we handle it then, not at the venue.

We welcome bridal party bookings. If you have a group of four or more, call us directly to block the time. We'll work through your timeline, confirm which services each person needs, and make sure everyone is styled and out the door without the usual morning chaos.
We ask that group bookings come with a confirmed headcount at least two weeks out. Last-minute additions are tough to accommodate when we're fully booked. Plan ahead and your morning will be smooth.

How far in advance should I book my updo appointment?
For weddings and large events, book at least four to six weeks out. For proms, we recommend booking as soon as you have your date confirmed. Spring prom season fills our calendar quickly. For galas and charity events, two weeks is usually enough, but sooner is always better.
Should I wash my hair before my updo appointment?
Yes, but wash it the night before, not the morning of. Day-old hair has texture and grip that freshly washed hair lacks. That grip helps your updo hold longer. If you need to wash the morning of, let us know and we'll plan accordingly.
Can you work with extensions or hairpieces?
Yes. Let us know when you book so we can plan your appointment time correctly. Working with extensions takes longer and we want to make sure we have the time to do it right.
Do you do trials for brides?
We do. A trial is a separate appointment where we build and photograph the style before your wedding day. We strongly recommend it for brides. It removes uncertainty and gives you confidence walking into the most important morning of your event season.
