The short answer: Fort Pierce is twenty-five minutes south of us. Our Fort Pierce book splits between downtown Fort Pierce professionals, north Hutchinson Island beachside residents, and long-time clients from the north beach communities. Most started with us because they were tired of driving further, to Vero or Palm Beach, and having to reintroduce their hair every visit.
Downtown Fort Pierce and the north Hutchinson Island split
Downtown Fort Pierce clients tend to work in the historic downtown corridor, the county government offices, or the growing arts scene around the Sunrise Theatre. They book late afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays, often after work. North Hutchinson Island clients are a different pattern: retirees and part-time residents along A1A north of the Fort Pierce Inlet, who book weekday mornings.

Two routes north
US-1 is the direct route from downtown, twenty-five minutes give or take. If you are coming from the north end of Hutchinson Island (Ocean Village, Middle Cove) A1A along the beach is roughly the same time and easier during season. From the far north beach communities near Round Island, take A1A straight up. That route is the most consistent.
What Fort Pierce clients book us for
Color-continuity work is the biggest category. Fort Pierce has enough salons that most Fort Pierce clients have tried a few and want a longer relationship with one colorist. Brazilian Blowout runs steady from April through October. Bridal is smaller than the Vero or Stuart books because most Fort Pierce brides go local, but we get the referrals when the local option has already been booked.
