Serving Indian River Shores: A Ten-Minute Drive Down A1A
The short answer: Indian River Shores is a town of about four thousand residents on the barrier island just north of us. Most of our Shores clients have been with us since well before their gated community was built out. The drive is ten minutes south on A1A, less off-season.
Who we work with in Indian River Shores
Indian River Shores has its own town, its own police force, and its own social rhythm. Our Shores book is heavy on standing appointments, and most clients hold the same day and time year after year. Sea Oaks, Bermuda Bay, and the private homes along the ocean side of A1A make up most of the address list.
The Shores population is heavily seasonal. From November through mid-April the book runs full. From July through September we can usually seat a new Shores client within a week.
The A1A drive
Ten minutes south from Wabasso Beach Road, less from the southern parts of the Shores. Season traffic between Winter Beach Road and the studio adds five to eight minutes on some afternoons. If you are coming from the north end of the town, plan a morning appointment to avoid the beach-day return traffic.
What Shores clients book us for
Color continuity, gray blending, and consistent precision cutting are the everyday services. Bridal for grandchildren's weddings comes up several times a year and is heavier in June and October. Brazilian Blowout is popular here for reducing daily styling time between club and beach.
Snowbird color-continuity work is a core part of this book. If you split time between the Shores and a northern residence, we hold your formula on file all year.
Events that matter here
The Riverside Theatre gala season and the Vero Beach Museum of Art openings drive a lot of the "I need my hair to look good next Thursday" appointments. If your name is on the calendar for an event at either, book two weeks out and we will hold you for the day-of finish styling.

Call 772-492-8440 or book through Phorest. Standing weekly and biweekly appointments are held for Shores regulars. Ask reception about pre-booking your next visit at checkout so your standing slot does not open up.
